Requirements

    Valid enrolment with the Bar Council of India or equivalent licensing body
  • ✓
    Minimum five years of independent practice
  • ✓
    High Court enrolment preferred; district court specialisation welcome
  • ✓
    Willingness to accept briefed matters and report to a coordinator
  • ✓
    Professional indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)
